Tania El Khoury
As Far As My Fingertips Take Me

During Miami Art Week, internationally acclaimed live artist Tania El Khoury (London/Beirut) implements two interactive performance pieces using real oral histories and innovative forms that challenge audience's empathy.

As Far As My Fingertips Take Me is conversation through a gallery wall between an audience member and a refugee. Through touch and sound, we share stories of people who have recently challenged border discrimination. The stories can be kept or washed away.

“A stark, moving theater piece by Tania El Khoury, brings us into painful intimacy with the human cost of the war.” — The New York Times
